It's 2010 World Cup Micro Footie style!
REGISTRATION IS NOW ONGOING UNTIL THE PROGRAM FILLS.
This website will be updated as divisions fill.
NOTE:
BEGINNER A & B COED (4-5yr olds) IS FULL.
INTERMEDIATE 1A & 1B (6 & 7 yr olds) IS FULL.
INTERMEDIATE 2 BOYS (8-9yrs) is FULL
ADVANCED GIRLS (10-12yrs) is FULL.
ADVANCED BOYS (10-12yrs) is FULL.
Please sign up on the wait list if division is full.
Reminder to online registrants: You must hand in a Footie consent form to the office or email britanniasoccer@vancouver.ca. Your child will not be placed on a team until this is done.
Come join this popular co-ed recreational soccer program that serves as an introduction and development to the sport of soccer, emphasizing team play and World Cup games!
This year we have chosen country teams from those who have qualified for the 2010 World Cup in South Africa. Look for teams from Italy, Brasil, Portugal, Japan, England, New Zealand, South Africa and the Netherlands. Also included are Spain, Germany, Mexico, Argentina, Algeria, Denmark, Korea Republic and Chile.
Day: Saturday Games/1 weekday practise
Date: April 24– June 26, 2010
Locations: Brit Oval, Garden Park
Price: $80.00/season. Includes t-shirt, team photo, and other surprises!

Micro Footie 2010 - Coaches & Refs Needed |

We are now looking for volunteer Coaches for Micro Footie 2010.
The success of our program largely lies in the committment from our fantastic volunteer coaches!
If you coached last year, and wish to coach again in 2010, please contact Lori at britanniasoccer@vancouver.ca by January 30, 2010.
New Coaches - If you are a new coach interested in coaching a team, please contact Charlene, Britannia Volunteer Coordinator at charlene.wee@vancouver.ca. A criminal record check will be required before you begin coaching.
Footie Referees
If you are interested in refereeing, please sign up during Footie Registration on Saturday January 9 in Gym D from 12:30-3:00pm. Look for Lori!

Sponsorship Opportunities |
We are actively looking for team sponsors to help support the popular Britannia Micro Footie program as it continues to grow in the community. Over 750 boys and girls aged 4-15 years participate annually. Sponsor a country team and have your name and logo on over 80 kids t-shirt sleeves. (ie: Be a proud sponsor of Team Italia as they defend their World Cup title in 2010!) Tax receipts also available.
