Our beloved Britannia Oval mural and soccer container received much needed attention with the funding and sweat of the RIMS & AON groups from New York. June 25th brings our 2011 season to a close. Whitecaps Club Night was a huge success, with 350 Micro Footie players & family in the stands at Empire Stadium. We cheered the Whitecaps to a 1-0 win over Philadelphia Union on Saturday June 18th.  Many of our players represented Micro Footie during club night activities such as National Flag Bearers, Player Escorts, Hi-fivers and Ball Retrievers [...]
