About Us
In 1993 a young soccer enthusiast by the name of Jason Kyle approached a Recreation Programmer at Britannia Centre with the idea of offering a fun, recreational spring soccer league to the children of the community.  In “Britannia Micro Soccer’s” first year, 30 children registered.

Over the 17 years since its inception, the soccer program has expanded immensely.  This Spring 2010 over 790 children and youth of the Britannia Community are playing in the program.  Over 100 coaches are volunteering their time and soccer expertise to the kids of the community.  More experienced soccer youth are refereeing in this grassroots program.  Most staff are graduates of the program.
